AroundCal - Calendar and Organizer App Reviews

Current users: Take the warning in the app description seriously: backup to iTunes before getting 2.0 of this app. It wiped all my prior "complete" status data. Now I can tell what has been done versus what remains to be done. Plus this upgrade wiped all but three tags.

Just wish had better user instructions.

Since todays update, app keeps crashing though. Deleted and reinstalled like the update suggested and still crashing. I had to download the free version for now. PLEASE FIX!!!

Just updated to 3.0 and it crashes on my iPhone 4 with latest iOS. Deleted it and reinstalled - still crashes. Update: It was Apples server generating faulty DRM code. Version 3.0 works great now. Thanks.

It has so many useful functions. The bar color in the monthly view does not matched with the events calendar color.

Update: App no longer crashes when opening. Now it only crashes when a calendar item is marked as completed. Previous reviews indicated that the last update fixed the crash on open bug. This is not the case. It is persistent. Deleting the app and reinstalling does not correct the crash. I suggest waiting for the next release before purchasing or consider another option.

Aroundcal is my primary calendar again. The original calendar views have been returned. After the recent updates the app is more robust, feature packed and runs quicker. If you want a calendar app with project tracking and advanced features this app is it.

It is easy to customize your calendar with the Tags/graphics you can attach to your dates. I only wish it synchronized with the iCloud between my iPhone 5 and my iPad Mini.

Been having it for years. Incredible functions, everything accessible on one page. No ads is a big plus.

I tried your site and its in a foreign language. Fix it. And fix the issue with trying to delete one instance of a recurring appt.

Ive had this app for several years. I love it with 1 major exception; if your a NY user when you create an appt., if you change it after its been set it also changes your repeating dates. I know this is a NY problem because I emailed customer support and they figured this out over a year ago. Other than not being able to trust reoccurring dates.... Its awesome!

The UI manages to provide key event info in the small iPhone format. Plus you are able to access details with a single tap. Very well done interface reminiscent of Moreinfo on the Newton. The developer has supported this app for a long time. Hes added features without adding complexity. Nice UI. Just enough for organizing small projects without the complexity of more powerful systems. Room to grow.

I just bought this because the interface looked nice in pictures but then in the first minute of using it it crashed. Then I reopened and it crashed again. Im on newest iOS update and iPhone 5S. No reason for it, just a poor product sold at a high price for nothing.
