not quite there yet

I can see this app has great potential, but I have had trouble getting it to work for me. Good response time from developer.
I like being able to mark appointments as completed and categorizing by project. I love how you can tag a task with what it is- for example a shopping trip will automatically add a field for your list, a phone call opens your contacts to add the number in that field.
Im having trouble syncing with ical, multiple appointments at the same time will not show up (one is free but I need to track). The UI could use a little work, it could be simpler to use.
